As a lawful and upright business in the community we respect both 'The Long Distance Selling Regulations'
and the 'Sale and Goods Act'
relating to the Office of Fair Trading Standards.
It is therefore your right as a consumer customer to return new items
within 7 - 14 days from receipt providing it is returned in the
original packing and in good condition, described as a saleable
condition.
If an item is faulty we will also accept the return in good faith and
we will issue a full refund to you.
